Refund Policy
Effective 17 July 2026
TidyLume includes a free monthly cleanup allowance so you can test compatibility and the core workflow before purchasing Pro.
Merchant of record
Purchases and refunds are processed by Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record. Payment refunds return to the original payment method and may take additional banking time to appear.
Refund requests
You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase. Send the request to support@tidylume.com with the purchase email address and Lemon Squeezy order number. Do not send your complete payment card details or your full license key by email. Requests are assessed under applicable consumer law, this policy and Lemon Squeezy's merchant-of-record procedures.
Technical problems
If activation or a core feature does not work on a supported Mac, contact support with the TidyLume version, macOS version, Mac model and a description of the issue. We may first offer troubleshooting, a corrected download or another reasonable remedy. This does not delay or remove any mandatory legal right.
Digital-content withdrawal rights
Consumers may have a statutory withdrawal right for distance contracts. For digital content supplied immediately, that right may expire only when the legal requirements are met, including express consent to begin performance before the withdrawal period ends and acknowledgment of the resulting loss of the right. Any notice and consent shown at checkout forms part of the purchase process.
Exclusions
A discretionary refund may be refused where there is substantiated fraud, abuse, unauthorized redistribution or a chargeback already in progress. Mandatory consumer remedies and rights remain unaffected.
How refunds are issued
Approved refunds are issued through Lemon Squeezy. Lemon Squeezy may also issue refunds in accordance with its own policies. See its refund documentation.
